The executive management team want to thank everybody for their support in these challenging times. The current restrictions and lockdowns across various cities and regions in Australia are unsettling, stressful and challenging for everybody.

As we battle the new face of the pandemic, Delta, it is difficult to have great deal of clarity of what lies ahead. We would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the situation in every region and that our entire team is on ready to ensure your essential services keep you connected with your customers & loved ones.

We are one team at Ignite Telecom, regardless of our role, or where we live in Australia. In 2020 we faced lockdowns and we came out even stronger. This lockdown will also pass, and when it does, we will need our team in place for when this happens. We want to reassure you that Ignite is prepared to support all our Employees through this current lockdown so that we are ready to help our customers & partners transition back to work when the time is right.

Our team know many of you will be separated from family and loved ones at the present time. Many of us are working from home where we can, but some of us cannot. It is important we maintain perspective and support each other as best we can. It is not uncommon to feel depressed, anxious & stressed during such time. Just as we have come together as a team, we encourage those wanting to share or seek helpful support to reach out – There are number of an amazing 24/7 support hotlines available should you need to talk to somebody, you are not alone.

  • Manage stress by reading, relaxing or maybe start that new hobby you have been procrastinating about
  • Think positively and remember we will get through this

Ignite Telecom are proud sponsors of the Leichhardt Juniors Rugby league Football Club.

With several Ignite employees born & raised from Sydney’s inner west, Ignite Telecom jumped at the opportunity to get behind the development of young local juniors – the grassroots of Australia’s future superstars.

It’s been a tough year for the club, with many fundraising events cancelled due to the pandemic. We understand that people’s mental health relies on sport & in particular, young kids who can’t grasp the concept of the current situation.
