Our delivery team schedule technician’s during standard business hours 9-5pm, Monday to Friday. However, special requests outside of these hours are not impossible. We will do our best to meet your needs, whether that’s a weekend or after hours.

Our technicians take all precautions to ensure they are COVID Safe prior to visiting your business. Should you require, our technicians can provide evidence of an influenza vaccination within the last 6 months due to industry standards.

The installation technician is required to ensure that your services are in working order and demonstrate them to you before they leave your business. In the event the services stop working after they leave, please report the fault immediately to Ignite to arrange for the installer to return immediately to the site free of charge.
